用法说明
suspend, defer, postpone
这三个词均可作“推迟”、“延缓”或“暂停”解。区别在于：postpone最常用，表示把某事推迟到某个明确的日期进行。例如：
The match was postponed to the following Saturday because of the bad weather. 比赛因天气不好而延期到下星期六进行。
defer强调推迟的主观因素，而且没有明确的期限。例如：
His military service was deferred until he finished college. 他服兵役的日期被延缓到大学毕业之后。
suspend侧重表示中途暂停，也可表示暂停学籍、会籍等。例如：
During the crisis, the constitution was suspended. 在危急时刻，该宪法曾暂时停止实行。
She has been suspended from the team. 她被责令暂停队籍。
