study, learn
二者均可作“学习”解。不过study表示比较深入的学习或研究，强调学习这一行动与过程。learn侧重表示通过学习获得知识或技能，强调学习的收获，常作“学会”解。试比较：

The child is learning quickly. 这孩子学得很快
