这些词可作“遵守”、“服从”解。其区别在于:obey最为常用,表示服从、听从上司或长者的指示、要求或命令;此词亦可表示遵守法律、惯例或原则等,例如:
The officer told the soldiers to obey.军官告诉士兵要服从。
Everyone must obey the laws, or they will be punished.所有人都必须遵守法律,否则就会受到惩罚。
comply侧重表示“依从(别人的意愿、要求),遵守、服从(命令、规则等)”,语气强于obey,常与with连用,例如:

observe侧重于“遵守(法律、礼节、习俗等)”,含有尊重的成分,例如:
