one, you
one和you均可用来泛指人们(任何人)。其区别在于：one在口语中很少使用，只有说话很讲究的人(尤其是中等或上等阶层人士和知识分子)才使用；在正式文体中，one比you更常用。试比较：
One should always give oneself plenty of time to relax.人们应该总是给自己充足的时间放松。
