用法说明
even if, even though
两者都用来引导让步状语从句，却不能等同使用。even if意思为“即使”，“纵使”,表示一种可能的情况不会阻止某事成为现实；而even though则解作“尽管”，用以引出事实。

I won't come to the concert even if I have nothing else to do.即使我没有什么其他的事情可做，也不会去听音乐会。
I won't come to the concert, even though I have nothing else to do.尽管没有其他的事情可做，我也不会去听音乐会。
