Beetroot salad甜菜根？沙拉

三個甜菜根不用去皮放進冷水鍋開始煮（可以去皮 但是會損失很多汁）Put 3 beetroots with skins on in a pot with cold water and start cooking on medium high heat

水开大概40分鐘左右開始用叉子試一試是否能輕鬆穿透 可以的話就熟了 拿出来 放涼去皮 40mins after boiling try with a fork if it goes through easily let cool and peel

切成小块 这一步一定要用塑料板 和手套 不然都容易染色 Cube the beetroots remember to use gloves to avoid tainted hands!

切好甜菜根之後放入一個容器 然後把一個橙子切兩半 After putting the beetroot cubes in a container cut the orange in half

擠出橙子汁（不用這麼多橙子 一個就好 那些我是要喝所以擠了更多）Squeeze out the juice(you won't need that much I squeezed more to drink haha^^)

把橙子汁倒入甜菜根的容器 攪拌均勻然後放入碗或者盤子 用撕碎的薄荷葉裝飾 Pour the orange juice into the beetroot container and mix well Put into a bowl/plate Decorate with mint
